This site and store are operated by Noles Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation, operating from 46 Ave B, New York, NY 10009, United States. Using the site means you accept these terms. Contact support@drinkonso.com.

Orders

An order is accepted when we email a confirmation. If an item sells out during a limited run we cancel and refund that line rather than substitute it. We may decline or limit an order where we suspect fraud or resale.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew on the cadence you chose until you cancel. We email before every charge. You can skip, pause, change cadence, or cancel from your account until the day before a run. Cancelling stops future charges and does not refund an order already shipped.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change, but never for an order already placed. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken by our processor at the time of order or renewal.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates and rates are on the shipping page. Return and refund terms are on the returns page, and both pages form part of these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login private. We may suspend an account used to abuse the store.

Use of the product

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not for children, and not for anyone pregnant, nursing, or advised to avoid caffeine.

Content and trademarks

The ONSO name, text, photography, and design on this site belong to Noles Technology Inc. and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts of New York, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. The version in force is the one published when your order is placed.
