Who we are

ONSO is operated by Noles Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation, operating from 46 Ave B, New York, NY 10009, United States. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions go to support@drinkonso.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email, phone if you add one.
  • Order and subscription history, including delivery and billing addresses.
  • Payment confirmations from our payment processor. We never see full card numbers.
  • Basic analytics about how pages are used, and email open and click events.
  • Anything you write to support.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship orders, run subscriptions, answer support, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting duties, and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who need it to do their job: payment processing, order fulfilment and carriers, email delivery, analytics, and hosting. They may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies that keep the cart and session working, and a small number that measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may stop working.

Email

Waitlist and marketing email is opt-in and every message has a one-click unsubscribe. Transactional email about an order or a subscription charge is sent regardless.

Retention

Order and tax records are kept for as long as United States tax law requires, generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support threads are kept for three years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or that we stop using it for marketing. Write to support@drinkonso.com and we act within 30 days. Residents of California and of the EU or UK have additional rights, and we honour them on the same address.

Children

The site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date above, and for material changes we email people on our list.
