Thirty days, no forms, no restocking fee.
30 days, opened or not
If it is not for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery. Opened pouches are fine — you cannot know how it feels without trying it.
How to start one
Open your order in account, choose Return, and print the label. If you checked out as a guest, email us with the order number.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving. Subscription orders can also simply be skipped instead of returned.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo and we replace it the same day, no return needed.
